Every woman carries questions deep within her heart.
Who am I?
Why am I here?
How do I face life's challenges?
How do I discover the person G‑d created me to become?
The Rebbe's teachings answer these questions with remarkable wisdom. Yet transforming those profound ideas into engaging, practical classes requires countless hours of research, preparation, and lesson planning.
MindShift was created to bridge that gap.
Join for your own personal growth or teach others — MindShift gives you a beautifully crafted curriculum that is ready to teach while remaining faithful to the depth of the Rebbe's Torah.

What Is MindShift?
MindShift isn't another Torah class. It isn't another inspirational lecture. It is a carefully designed curriculum built around the Rebbe's sichos that helps participants experience Torah as a guide for everyday life.
Mindshift is inspired by the Parsha but not tied to it. Each class stands alone, giving you the freedom to choose the teaching that speaks to your community whenever you need it.
Choose the class. Teach it anytime. The life lesson is timeless.
Every class combines:

Questions & Answers
Practical answers about the classes, the curriculum, and what arrives in your inbox.
Each class is completely standalone. No previous classes are required.
Absolutely! While each class is inspired by a particular Parsha, the ideas, lessons, and MindShifts are timeless. You can teach each class at any time of the year.
Absolutely. MindShift is designed to be flexible. You can choose which texts, stories, discussions, and exercises work best for your particular audience and teaching format.
The material is flexible and can be adapted to your needs. You can create a 20-minute class or expand it to 90+ minutes by incorporating more discussion, stories, and reflection exercises.
MindShift is designed for women of all ages and backgrounds. The material can be adapted for a wide range of audiences — from a community class or small group to a women's gathering.
Not at all. The curriculum is designed to give you the content, sources, teaching points, and practical tools you need to lead an engaging class, even if you're not a seasoned educator.
Not at all. The classes are complete without the slides. The slides are an easy-to-use visual bonus that can enhance your presentation, but they are completely optional.
All materials will be delivered directly to your inbox well before the start of the course, giving you time to review and prepare.
Yes! The goal is to offer MindShift semesters throughout the year, each exploring a different theme and collection of transformative Torah ideas. This is our first semester, launching this fall.
Yes! Your MindShift curriculum can be used again in the future, giving you the flexibility to revisit and teach these transformative ideas whenever they are relevant to your community.

Why I Created MindShift
I have taught women for over three decades. Again and again, I saw women searching for Torah that could help them navigate real life — not simply understand another text or idea.
The Rebbe's teachings answer life's deepest questions with extraordinary wisdom. Yet transforming those profound ideas into engaging classes often requires many hours of preparation.
MindShift was born from my desire to bridge that gap: to create a curriculum that remains completely faithful to the Rebbe's Torah while making it practical, accessible, and transformational for today's women.

In Memory of My Father
לע"נ הרב דוד בן הרב דוב יהודה ז"ל שחט
This project is dedicated l'ilui nishmas HaRav Dovid Schochet, OBM.
My father was remembered not only as a brilliant Torah scholar but as a rabbi who genuinely cared about people. He listened. He guided. He encouraged. He believed Torah was never meant to remain on the bookshelf — it was meant to transform lives.
It is my hope that MindShift carries that legacy forward.
